SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing time

All Frame Republic eyewear is made to order by our in-house Doctors of Optometry. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, lenses cut, and your glasses inspected before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our lab.

Prescription orders require a valid, unexpired prescription. If we are unable to verify your prescription or need additional information, we will contact you at the email address provided at checkout. Processing time will begin once your prescription has been verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Standard shipping: $7.99 flat rate
  • Free shipping on orders of $99.00 or more

Estimated delivery after shipment is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 3–8 business days under normal conditions.

Shipping carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. Carrier selection is made at our discretion based on your location and order weight. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or through your Frame Republic account at account.framerepublic.com.

Shipping delays

Frame Republic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@framerepublic.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Lost or stolen packages

Frame Republic is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and/or building management. If you are still unable to locate your package contact us at orders@framerepublic.com within 7 days of the delivery confirmation and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect shipping address

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Frame Republic is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at orders@framerepublic.com. We will make every effort to intercept the shipment but cannot guarantee address corrections after an order has been processed.

International shipping

Frame Republic currently ships to United States addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
